erlang-esdl software package provides Erlang bindings to the Simple Direct Media Library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install erlang-esdl
erlang-esdl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the erlang-esdl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep erlang-esdl *
You will get with erlang-esdl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
